The Product

Beacon Budget is a local-first application. The software runs on your Mac. We do not host your financial data. Subscriptions purchased on the web or through the App Store grant access to Premium features as described on the product page.

Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the financial information you enter or import.
• You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data (Time Machine, etc.).
• Do not use the software for illegal purposes or to process data you do not have the right to handle.

Subscriptions

Premium is offered as a subscription. You may cancel at any time through the App Store or (when available) through our website. There are no refunds for partial periods. Your local data remains yours regardless of subscription status.

No Professional Advice

Beacon Budget is a tool for personal organization and planning. It does not provide tax, legal, investment, or financial advice. Consult qualified professionals for decisions in those areas.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beacon Digital Solutions LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the software or website.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or the website.
